1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver kitchen appliances to all major cities and towns across India, including Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and more. If your PIN code is serviceable, you'll be able to check delivery availability during checkout.

2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999.
Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 – ₹99 may apply, depending on location and product weight.
Express Delivery (where available): Additional charges will apply. Calculated at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 2 – 4 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4 – 6 business days
Remote Areas: 6 – 9 business days

Please note, delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, and unforeseen factors like weather or regional lockdowns.

5. Order Tracking

Once your kitchen appliance order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can track your order status in real-time from our website or the courier partner's website.

6. Packaging and Safety

We ensure all products are securely packed using industry-standard protective packaging. Fragile appliances like microwave ovens, glass kettles, and induction cooktops are double-checked before dispatch.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts:

We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on our Return Policy.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Surmara Enterprises only ships within India. For bulk or export orders, please contact us directly at sales@surmaraenterprises.com.
